Ok, to clear up …
Ok, to clear up exactly what the reason that he censored himself saying “kill the president of whatever”, it wasn’t because of the law itself really. It was more because of the record company. You see the record company didn’t want to have to deal with that bullshit. Because even thought he technically does have freedom of speech, as do we all, him making a statement that could be taken as a threat over public media just has a tendency to cause liability issues.
