i recormend … i recormend mizzzzzcleo’s tutorial she only uses the cream for a base, like how you would use a paint pot, if you want the URL then ask me
I heard that a lot … I heard that a lot of people just use the cream eyeshadows as a base and use their fingers… I bought one of those revlon eyeshadow palettes too and got confused, lol.
After watching your videos it always makes me want to go out and buy make up. I got a brush set from MAC for the Nordstrom sale and I think I’m on my way to a regular make up routine
i avoid makeup that … i avoid makeup that looks as cheap as elf.. even when i see it in people’s videos and they are using it for a tutorial, i cannot shake the “cheap, crappy” image.. i can see a few things of wet n wild or nyc that i would like even though they are more of a bargain makeup that l’oreal, maybelline or revlon, but they still put more effort into their packaging/product/image.

i say the best way to use the revlon shadows are with your fingers, but i just use them as bases.

the creme eyeshadow …
the creme eyeshadow thing:
what i do–
i use my fingers and put the shadow on my eye
and even it out w/a concealer brush.
creme eyeshadows are usually just used as base.
i hate using creme eyeshadow by itself b/c it has noooo pigment.
